Unlike Hermione, however, the young witch is not doing well at school and is therefore sentenced to detention for 300 years. He even shows her which book contains the magic formula for reaching “our” reality. When Saxana reads the spell aloud, she turns into an owl and flies away for good. Panic breaks out at the school—if the girl does not return within 46 hours, she will have to remain among humans forever.
